Criteria for Solitary Retreat

  • Must studyLam Rim Chen Moand books listed in the Insight Section of Theory System
  • Must be practitioners of Practice Booklet 2 and beyond and familiar with the requirements of all thepractice methods listed within

Duration of Training
1. Sangha Members and Buddhist Lay Disciples can arrange for short term solitary retreat

  • First Retreat: 7 to 14 days (Duration of each practice session is 1.5 to 2 hours.)
  • Second and Subsequent Retreat: 1 to 3 months (Duration of each practice session is 2 hours or longer.)

2. Sangha Members and Buddhist Lay Disciples can arrange for in-depth retreat

  • 1 to 3.5 years of retreat can be arranged to complete the practices listed in the eight Practice Booklets.

(Going through a retreat will result in a certain level of quality realisation, both in terms of theory and practice; whether one can perfectly complete the five paths will depend on one's diligence and make up.)
